Jamison Johnson
Chair
Jamison Johnson is a Citizen of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska with over 25 years of experience in technical sales and consulting within the telecommunications, networking, computing, and human resources industries. Known for his dedication to customer advocacy and professionalism, Jamison consistently meets client business objectives while identifying opportunities to reduce costs. His expertise has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the Information Technology sector.
Jamison’s diverse experience includes collaborating with organizations of all sizes, ranging from small businesses to major enterprises such as Boeing and the U.S. Federal Court System. Currently, he leverages his extensive knowledge and skill set as both a consultant and entrepreneur in his own business endeavors.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jamison is an active member of The ManKind Project, an organization dedicated to fostering personal growth and development in men. Passionate about animal rights, he frequently volunteers at animal sanctuaries to support their mission. Jamison resides in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, with his wife of 17 years, Shelly, and their daughter, Jocelyn. Together, they enjoy contributing to their community and embracing a compassionate, purpose-driven lifestyle.

Vincent Gonzalez
Vice Chair
Vincent Gonzales is a proud member of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska and serves as a consultant and field support engineer for the U.S. Army Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier. With a distinguished background as a Special Operations veteran, Vincent completed numerous combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, showcasing exceptional leadership, adaptability, and resilience in high-pressure environments. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership (MSSL) at the University of Charleston. His professional expertise encompasses decisive leadership, government contract management, process improvement, and the ability to serve as a change agent to achieve organizational goals. Vincent’s strengths include action research, innovation, team collaboration, and resonant leadership, all of which he leverages to deliver impactful results.
Deeply committed to the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska, Vincent aspires to inspire tribal members to lead fulfilling and purposeful lives through authenticity, self-mastery, and service to the community. With nearly eight years of military service, he continues to dedicate himself to the betterment of his tribe.
In his personal life, Vincent enjoys spending quality time with his family and his dog, Archie. He has a passion for traveling, visiting national and state parks, cycling, endurance sports, reading, stoic philosophy, coaching, mentoring, and watching Savannah Ghost Pirates hockey.

Jacob Olsufka
Treasurer
Jacob Olsufka is a proud Citizen of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska and a dedicated professional with a strong background in business administration, finance, and procurement. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wayne State College in 2009, laying a solid foundation for his nearly 15 years of experience in procurement and financial management.
Jacob's career has been marked by significant achievements in both the public and private sectors. He has held key roles as a Procurement Prime Vendor for Nebraska Medicine and the Department of Defense, where he managed the procurement and distribution of critical medical and pharmaceutical supplies. These roles honed his expertise in supply chain management, compliance, and strategic purchasing, contributing to the success of complex operations in high-stakes environments.
His deep connection to the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska inspired him to serve his community in leadership roles. Jacob was honored to act as the Tribal Government Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he played a pivotal role in managing tribal finances and ensuring the responsible allocation of resources to benefit tribal members. Additionally, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Prairie Flower Casino, further demonstrating his ability to navigate the unique challenges of tribal enterprises.
Throughout his career, Jacob has developed specialized skills in government regulations, policy development, and bookkeeping, particularly within the context of tribal finance and procurement. His experience positions him as a trusted leader capable of balancing fiscal responsibility with the mission-driven goals of tribal organizations.
Currently, Jacob serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI), where he continues to champion financial excellence and integrity. His work supports NCAI's mission to protect and enhance the sovereignty, culture, and well-being of tribal nations across the United States.
Jacob's career is a testament to his commitment to service, excellence, and the empowerment of tribal communities. His leadership and expertise remain invaluable assets to the organizations and communities he serves.

Barbara Kintz
Secretary
Barbara Kintz resides in Oregon and retired in 2022 following a successful career as an Account Billing Specialist with Providence Health Plans. With a professional background rooted in bookkeeping, inventory management, and data entry, Barbara brings decades of valuable experience to every endeavor.
Married and family-oriented, Barbara has three children, 20 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Currently, she lives on ten acres in the countryside, enjoying the tranquility and fulfillment of rural living while caring for goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. A dedicated advocate for the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska, Barbara is passionate about contributing to the tribe’s growth and success. They actively engage in learning and collaborating to help build a stronger, more vibrant community, remaining committed to fostering its continued development.

Jeremy Wright
Board Member
Jeremy Wright is the current Chairman of the Board for Osni Ponca, bringing over 20 years of experience in tribal government, business, finance, and culture. His deep-rooted commitment to his community is reflected in his previous service as a member of the Ponca Tribal Council from 2006 to 2014, where he played an active role in shaping the tribe’s governance. Additionally, Jeremy serves on the Tax Commission, further contributing to the financial oversight and well-being of the Ponca Nation. With a rich background in tribal affairs, Jeremy remains dedicated to fostering growth, sustainability, and cultural preservation for future generations.
