USDA Business Loan Program

Ponca Economic Development Corporation (PEDCO) has recently received permission to move forward with a USDA Revolving loan fund for new and existing businesses in partnership with the Nebraska Enterprise Fund (NEF). Due to stipulations from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), this is for rural Nebraska residents only. We cannot offer loans to anyone in the Omaha or Lincoln areas. We can, however, offer services to most of the remaining Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Service Area.
