PEDCO

Capital Programs

PEDCO is actively pursuing funding to create a small business loan program.

1/3/2025 Update: this program is on hold pending outcome of PEDCO's strategic plan, currently under development.

PEDCO now has funding through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to fund business loans. Loan funds would be available to businesses at a low interest rate and could be used for start-up costs, operating capital, equipment purchase, etc. You must be a resident of Nebraska and live in a rural area, as defined by the USDA. The Omaha, Lincoln and Sioux City metropolitan areas do not qualify under this program. The rest of the service delivery area is eligible for this program.

If you would like to be added to our mailing list to receive notifications about the loan program please email Greg Moser, gmoser@pedco-ne.org.

Another benefit for Native American business owners is that PEDCO now has a business directory on its new website. Business owners interested in having their business listing on the website should submit: name of their business, type of business, business address and phone number, contact person for their business, business contact email address, and website (if applicable).
